Olympus wanted a company dinner that would genuinely impress, without a complex programme. The setting and the experience had to carry the evening on their own.
The Experience
The Bastion set the story. MBC brought it to life.
The historic walls of the Grand Master’s Palace gave the evening its narrative. MBC carried that setting through the welcome, the dining space and the local menu.

Knights in full armour and medieval ladies in period costume greeted guests at the entrance, setting the tone before dinner began.
Dinner rooted in Rhodes
Period-inspired décor and a Greek Mediterranean buffet brought the island’s produce and culinary tradition into the experience.
What we delivered
Authenticity made the evening work. The costume welcome, medieval setting and local food drew on Rhodes’ own history and culture rather than adding spectacle for its own sake.
