Reward a salesforce and set the tone for the year ahead.
The global kitchen appliance brand wanted a multi-day incentive that recognised high performers and motivated the team for what came next. MBC took responsibility for land services, activities, dinners, logistics and event production.

Beachside Welcome
A relaxed dinner at a beach club gave arriving guests a chance to connect before the programme began.
Team Building Day
Competitive beach games and a raft race mixed teams and brought the salesforce together on Rhodes’ coastline.
Ancient Greece Awards Gala
At Kallithea Springs, MBC delivered AV, staging, costuming and an Olympic ceremony with live statues, a torch parade and the lighting of the flame.
After Party
An after party carried the energy of the awards night into the programme’s finale.
