The Brief
Make an annual association trip feel personal.
APBA’s 150+ members travel together every year, so their expectations were shaped by previous trips. MBC worked with the association to build a Rhodes programme around how this group travels and what would make the week feel distinctive.

The Experience
A week shaped by culture, connection and celebration.
MBC gave each experience its own identity, pairing Rhodes’ history and local traditions with full event production for the major dinners.
Mamma Mia Dinner at Kallithea Springs
A themed evening at the Grand Rotonda included production, music and a surprise flash mob.
Panighiri at Kaminari Village
MBC’s Greek festival dinner brought guests through olive-oil tasting, a Melekouni workshop, pottery, live cooking and interactive folklore dancing.
Culture & Heritage Tours
Guided exploration of the Medieval Town and Rhodes’ heritage was tailored to a group that travels widely.
Authentic Rhodes Activities
Selected activities connected members with the island’s landscape, people and traditions.
Ancient Greece Awards Gala
At Sheraton Rhodes, MBC delivered the theme, AV, staging and live Greek Gods statues for the awards finale.

What we delivered

A Mamma Mia dinner at Kallithea Springs and a Greek festival at Kaminari Village, each with its own identity.
Culture and heritage tours, local activities and hands-on workshops connecting members with Rhodes’ traditions.
Full production for the Ancient Greece Awards Gala at Sheraton Rhodes, including AV, staging and live statues.
Programme management, local venues, suppliers and land services coordinated on the ground throughout the week.
