The Brief
Bring three sectors together over one week.
Enersys wanted to reward performance and connect colleagues from three distinct business sectors. With THG Holidays as the DMC partner, MBC took responsibility for local land services and production for 500 guests across a week of different event formats.
The Experience
A week with a deliberate arc.
The programme moved from a warm arrival to discovery, smaller-group connection and a shared finale. MBC coordinated venues, suppliers, logistics and production on the ground in Rhodes.
Greek Dinner & Folklore
A traditional dinner and Greek folklore show welcomed the group and set a warm tone for the week.
Culture & Heritage Tours
Guided visits introduced guests to Rhodes’ Medieval Town, historic sites and local stories.
Executive Dinner in the Medieval Town
A private dinner gave the executive group an intimate setting with food, wine and live entertainment.
Farewell at NOR
A beachside dinner, live music, fire show and after party brought the full group together for its final night.
Drone Light Show
MBC worked with specialist partners to produce a 400-drone show that told Enersys’ story through company milestones and team identities.
